The East Central Florida Regional Planning Council invites all qualified firms to submit a proposal for consideration in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP). RFP for a consultant to provide subject matter and technical support for the East Central Florida Military Installations Resilience project. All responses to this RFP must be received in the offices of the ECFRPC (455 N. Garland Avenue, Suite 414, Orlando, FL 32801) no later than 4:00 p.m. on October 25, 2023. Email questions to Jenifer Rupert, JRupert@ecfrpc.org, by October 11, 2023, by 4:00 p.m.
The Bid Opening will occur in the John Land Conference Room at the ECFRPC offices (455 N. Garland Ave., Orlando, FL 32801) at 1:00 PM on October 30, 2023.
Oral Interviews (if applicable) will occur on November 9, 2023.
The Notice of Award will be posted on the ECFRPC.org/RFP page on November 13, 2023.
